| Pound Hill Software Releases MetaGrove Dialog for PRISM Usage Rights

| Pound Hill Software, a leading developer of metadata software tools, has prepared a MetaGrove dialog for for the new PRISM Usage Rights namespace schema. This schema was released May 15, 2008. MetaGrove is a software suite of products that provides custom XMP metadata capabilities to users of Adobe Creative Suite CS2 and CS3.

| The PRISM Usage Rights is focused on tracking usage rights of articles and digital media in the publishing environment, mainly magazine and on-line publications. It is a separate namespace and can be used without the other PRISM metadata.
